Can't recommend Ron highly enough, he responded to my 9am Saturday morning email and was at our flat within the hour. A true professional, he was able to logically trouble shoot the problems with our leaking boiler and radiators failing to warm up properly and had fixed all the radiators within 30 minutes. As this is our weekend bolt hole, we gave Ron a spare set of keys and he came back the following week and fixed the four separate leaks in the boiler and replaced some faulty pipework, he also installed thermostatic valves on all radiators and gave the central heating system a flush. The flat was left absolutely spotless and all of the work was carried out to the highest standard. Ron kindly popped round again the following Saturday to return the keys in person, talk us through all the work he had done and to make sure we were happy with everything. As an additional bonus, his bill was very reasonable given the amount of work done. Would never use another plumber other than Ron!!

My boiler broke down on Friday evening. Called anything gas and spoke to mark. He came out first thing the next day diagnosed the fault. Collected the part that morning and the boiler was back working before lunch. Can't fault the service. Price was also good. Warm house and happy customer.

My elderly mother of 77 years had her boiler served 21 April and 6 days no hot water heating. Extemely poor after care causing a lot of stress.

I am not surprised to read only bad reviews about this place. I wanted to find out about their services last week and I was speaking with a woman (it seemed that she might be the owner) - anyway she was extremely rude and ill-tempered. She barked on the phone to me like I had upset her or something but all I did was ask what their prices were!!??? I was really upset at how she treated me and then I rang a really nice plumber in Portstewart who treated me like a human. Stay well away from this business is my advice!

Last year, I tried to arrange an annual boiler service. Online was almost impossible to get a response. I finally managed to speak with someone on the phone and made an appointment. Technician was on time, polite and helpful. A year later, I have received a reminder. Called and was answered immediately, service booked with a superb service from Nick who was on time and genuine. Very happy.I have also requested a quote for a refit to my ensuite from Nick whilst he was at the house.

After coming out the previous year and fitting a new pump and PCB I asked A N Heating to attend again as the boiler had stopped working. When the engineer arrived he said it would be expensive to repair so I asked if they could also supply a quote for a new boiler. The quote for the new boiler arrived but no quote arrived to repair it. I chased them for the quote but nothing came. By this point I had lost faith in their services so I called another plumber in to take a look who rectified the problem at a fraction of the cost to renew it. I was then chased by AN Heating for non payment of a call out charge of £80.00 + vat. It states on their terms and conditions there is no call out charge for quotations on a new boiler and as I never received a quote for a repair what was the call out fee for. They hounded me for payment and threatened to pass on to a debt collector. I would never deal with this company again as believe I have been poorly advised and misguided
