Chloe is absolutely amazing. She made us the most stunning and delicious wedding cake with only 24hrs notice (a 2020 pre-lockdown wedding that had to be rearranged last minute!). Since then I have had countless afternoon teas and cake deliveries from Chloe, all of which have been absolutely scrumptious. On top of being a wonderful patissier & baker, Chloe is kind, thoughtful and generous. I would recommend her for any occasion!

Top quality service. Very friendly people, and a variety of luxurious ice cream. Visited the factory for a taster session and the staff were very polite and helpful. Was literally spoiled for choice and found it difficult to choose which ice creams I will serve. Would highly recommend this place.

Well organised and helpful staff

I had my first delightful experience at the new Italian gelato shop in Cambridge- Amorino, and I must say it was truly amazing! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a wide selection of flavours, each more enticing than the last. It was a tough choice to make, but I finally settled on trying their signature rose-shaped ice cream on a chocolate-dipped cone.The presentation of the rose-shaped ice cream was stunning, and it made the whole experience feel special. As I took my first bite, I was instantly transported to gelato heaven. The texture was incredibly creamy and smooth, and the flavours were rich and authentic. I chose a combination of flavours including coffee, dark chocolate and hazelnut chocolate. They were delicious!!! In addition to ice-cream, the shop also offers other desserts like macarons, waffles, crepes etc.The shop itself is not so big but it had a cozy ambiance, perfect for enjoying a gelato treat with friends or just savouring the moment by yourself. The staff were friendly and offered helpful recommendations, making the experience even more enjoyable.I'm already looking forward to my next visit, eager to explore more of their fantastic flavour combinations. If you're in Cambridge and craving some authentic Italian gelato, this place is an absolute must-visit! Trust me; you won't be disappointed.

Best customer service and good deals on ice creams!

Worst service ever. We came here expecting to eat delicious ice cream but instead we got serve with the worst attitude ever by the employees here. I put in the wrong order and asked for a refund but instead they ignored me. I then asked again but got no response back. I had to ask 3 times to get them refunded my money back. In the end, when I asked them if it’s all done, they again, IGNORED ME. I was left speechless. I had nothing to say but wth? How is this even acceptable? Do not come here. Worst service ever.

Nipped in as love their mango sorbet - paired with strawberry. Simple to order using the screens and served quickly. Yes a little pricey at £5.90 for a regular but what you get looks great and it’s great ice cream/sorbet.

My favourite gelato chain has finally come to Chiswick. Not my first visit but felt it was time to review. The usual great selection of gelato and desserts. I either go for a fruit sorbet or the Amorena which is their specialty. Others to try are the salted caramel or chocolate.

The chocolate and strawberry vegan sorbet was delicious. The rose shape was adorable. I wish they had vegan macrons but I was delighted with the variety of vegan sorbet flavors.

Thoughtfully made cookies that are really quite delicious. Fun to bake too.
