Wes and Lorraine did a great job of sanding/varnishing our floors/stairs. The floor was better than we had imagined!They were great at communicating - not only prior to and during the work but explained clearly how to maintain the floor to keep it looking good.Great to support a small business and WORTH EVERY PENNY!

The carpets are really nice and Reece is an expert professional fitter. We had a delay on the day with the fitting as a result of the owner being off sick and this is the only reason for the 4 rather than 5 ( want to give 4.5) but I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Simon and Lindsay are very helpful and knowledgeable with a great selection of lvts, we had our whole downstairs fitted and screeded for a perfect finish.I would not hesitate to recommend them 10/10.

We have used Paul a couple of times previously and turned to him to tile the kitchen in our new home. Good tradesmen are difficult to find but Paul is the ultimate professional delivering outstanding work at a good price - we would heartily recommend him without hesitation to anyone thinking of any tiling work required!

Love our new kitchen floor. Was recommended this shop by an instagrammer with impeccable style. Booked our appointment and had a really helpful chat with George about styles, finishes, sizes and costs. We were indecisive but were able to take home a tonne of samples. It was much nicer than any other samples we saw so went ahead and ordered. Then our kitchen work was obviously delayed but George was so helpful and kept delaying the delivery for us. It’s stunning now installed - so happy with our choice.

Utterly terrible service from this company. We bought 17 packs of flooring from them. Two were of a much darker colour than the others, and a third was of a different product entirely! After spending many hours on the phone with them, this still hasn't been resolved, with customer service reps failing to call us back, calling us liars, and sending out a single pack of flooring as a 'gesture of goodwill'.Totally disreputable. Don't touch this company.Edit: Two days after I posted this review the owner responded saying that they have no customer with my name and can I provide an order number, not acknowledging that I've already posted a picture of my invoice which includes the order number along with my review! (It's 74862, but they knew that already.) Such shady practices need to be recognised.Second edit: This company has continued to refuse to resolve this issue, and have now resorted to threatening libel action against me because of this review! We are pressing with legal actions against you/and the client for libel and will be seeking defamation damages for putting the name of our company to disrepute." I stand by everything I've said in this review - it's all verifiably true - and it's clear to me that the Flooring Centre needs no help in bringing themselves into disrepute."

I'm thrilled to bits with my new wooden floor from Eden Clay. From my initial conversation with Andrew, through to my finished floor, the whole process has been a joy. The show room is great and Andrew was really helpful. Mike, who fitted my floor was lovely. He always left the room very tidy with no mess at all. I can't recommend Eden Clay highly enough.

These guys did our bedroom and living room flooring, they were quick, well priced and we loved the result our rooms look brilliant. Such a good service we’ve booked in to have the same work on other rooms on the house! Thank you!
