I cannot recommend Star Fabric highly enough! My office was recently flooded and I needed the carpet tiles cleaned asap - I heard about Star Fabric's reputation, but when I told them of my situation they pulled out all the stops and came round straight away. We had Star twice, once in Pontefract and another time in Harrogate. They were totally professional. Everything how you imagine it should be. A refreshing change to the poor standards we have to endure these days. They could do with training other businesses in professionalism.Large water mark..gone.

Rang them as spilt ink cartridge on my carpet within 2 hours they had rectified itand did an amazing job. Would highly recommend. Thanks Again :)

I had my carpets and sofa and chair cleaned a week ago and they look amazing really freshened them up. I just wanted to write a review to say how impressed I am with the customer service I received from them. Upon checking my receipt I noticed that it didn’t quite add up and I thought I’d been slightly over charged for a carpet clean to what I was originally quoted. I’m not one to complain and I wanted to stress that I wasn’t unhappy with their service at all but I just wanted to check. It was just a slight bit of miscommunication, but when I contacted them they got back to me straight away and said they’d look into it. They called me when they said they would and went through everything the pricing and the cost and why I was charged what I was and then offered to give me a partial refund. I was asked to send my details and it was literally back in my bank within 10 minutes. I know there’s things happen sometimes and it was genuinely no one’s fault but I wanted to comment on how they handled the issue and rectified it. They did amazing with my upholstery and I would definitely recommend them as a business. Thank you!

Great firm, had 2 massive sofas that are 10 years plus that were really faded and beaten up. Star Fabric (Mark) visited, worked his magic and taken 6 years off them for a very reasonable fee, they even came back when I realised I had missed a cushion under a table. Great service, Great team, thanks
