The Google map shows 8 pm closing on Sundays but it was closed at 6 pm. Totally wasted our time walking all the way to get to a pharmacist.

Very poor customer service , I bought an item from Chanel yesterday, I went to return it, they refused without any reason . The item was new and untouched. Waste of money, and appalling service . Will never shop from Chanel ( Boots ) again .

No pharmacy in this store, but still found my healthcare items i needed on Sunday evening. Glad its open till 8pm on Sunday as every other store closes at 6pm.

One of the worst manager is call Mr Ali. He is so rude and shouting to customer when talking. Boots needs to teach him how to behave and manner with customers rather then becoming a Manager!

Never received the item!!! Waiting over 3 weeks for communication for a generic response of we are looking into this. Ordered with what was supposed to be next day delivery to use on my annual leave and did not received. Called boots twice with no solution. Emailed back and forth and still waiting for a replacement. Every time I email it’s just a generic response template customer service response. Absolutely shocking customer service from the brand!

Be careful of this boots. I was using the self checkout and the self checkout was a rip off and when I calculated the total on my phone it came up a cheaper amount luckily I didn’t pay for anything. Self checkout is ripping people off.
