I was stopped at the roundabout kiowa looked a great place..

I have used the services of this place many times as I'm unaware of anywhere else locally offering the same products. Clearly though they think they are untouchable due to this. I visited earlier today to have a second repair on a pressure hose in as many weeks. The repair was completed on the hose but cost 60% more than 2 weeks prior for the same thing. When I questioned this I was told that he had to add on more labour as his colleague had spent a few more minutes telling me a different part of my product wasn't working so the repair was actually pointless. I suggested that surely a regular customer would expect that few minutes to be classed as customer service. He said the price is what I said. When I said I would not be returning in future after my experience the counter assistant said that it was my choice and they were unlikely to go bankrupt due to me.The worst customer service I have ever encountered.Wouldn't of given any stars but could not leave review if I didnt.

I have purchased on two occasions. On both occasions delivery was delayed.2nd occasion there site did not process order delaying by two days and then when i re ordered item came late again and missing wheels. still waiting on replacement.

Came in two days ago as a first time customer; was reccomended to them for stainless steel pipe. Ordered £330 worth of stock and was told it would be in the next morning. No phone call, so i called in twice to see if stock had arrived, id been told it would be here on day two, no phone call, so i go in on day two at mid day and told stocks still not in and apparently an issue with their delivery. The bit that gets me is it takes two seconds to pick up the phone and inform me. Ive had to let down two customers and lost income due to this. Wont be returning. Not a great first impression

Went with Dad to buy a replacement 4inch suction hose to dredge our lake.

The fella here helped me get the correct screw to repair the latch on my glove box. Excellent service

Great help, didn't have the parts I needed on shirt notice but were able to point me in the right direction
