Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Emergency Department and Urgent Treatment Center
Wonderful, all of the nurses and the doctor!I was diagnosed by 111 as in need of urgent care, the doctor of 111 booked an appointment at the Urgent Care Unit of the Chelsea and Westminster hospital. When I arrived they saw me straight away with an ECG and then through to the unit and put on a drip and other machinery testing blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels etc.I was attended by nurses and then saw a doctor. The nurses brought me tea and a sandwich although I could not keep them down.I was diagnosed with a nasty virus and home now, although still unwell, still coughing and throwing up, I am turning the corner".Well done the Chelsea and Westminster. Thank you to the kind nurses

Horrendous !!!!Discouraging Mental Tactics with patients, Medical staff deliberately goading patients into reactions many having waited hours sat in pain and discomfort to be confronted by prickly negative statements when eventually seen.Attitude check required by senior staff , reminder that you are supposed to be providing a service funded by most of your patients, cheek for this lot to ask for a pay rise !!!!

My worst experiences with emergency, and it's not one experience. They always misguide you and try to just throw you out even after wait for 11hours still they don't try to solve your illness. Just push pain killers down your throat and try to get rid of you either way.

Russells Hall Hospital Emergency Department
Awful service. Wouldn't allow our 4 day old baby in with mom who is breast feeding. Had to argue to allow her in. Left over 4 hours with no offer of a drink for mom. Doctor could barely speak English, couldnt even take blood correctly. Worst hospital been to.

Peterborough City Hospital Emergency Room
Showing up in sunglasses due to recent eye surgery is enough to be treated differently, instead of asking the reason for the sunglasses the overall bluntness, dismissal & stares/looks of disapproval from nurses & Drs, showed the level of professionalism I would encounter during my time there.Nurses need more supervision when taking bloods. Both arms were used and blood was sprayed over myself & the floor (with minimal clean up) then the cannula leaked the 4 hours I had it in and an hour after it was taken out!! Not enough blood was taken to fill half the tubes, so the results provided i was skeptical about.. & the thick gelatinous blood was also no concern. An xray was arranged for an area I have no issue but ultrasound of problem area refused because the initial assessor left (shift ended)? In attempt to challenge that attitude " was the first word out the Dr's mouth. So I asked for the cannula to be removed & left. Disgusted.Clinically & medically

The reception is near the entrance but you need to walk some way down the main corridor to get to it. It may be temporary as there are building works going on to improve the reception and general site. There was next to no queue here.

Too long waiting time. After hours of waiting I been called by nurse, she asked what happens and tell me to go back to waiting and wait for doctor visit because she cannot prescribe me antibiotic! Basically she is doing the same job as receptionist , wasting money and people’s time,Waiting 3 hours only for antibiotics prescription

Royal Victoria Infirmary Emergency Department
Extremely rude staff, rolled their eyes at me at the reception desk because I explained I am a carer for my wife and she did not want to be by herself. Let me in to the X-ray then to tell me that they were not comfortable with me being there despite being polite as I understand how busy they are. A bit of a shame really as I expected more polite service at the very least.
