This company preys on old people, takes their bank details and, if cancelled, pesters and takes them again! They are very rude on the phone when you confront them. Would give them no stars and would not recommend them. Think some of these positive reviews appear very suspect.

Took my 1 year old and they barely looked at him and said he was fine just a cold. Got to see our usual GP and he does have a chest infection as we thought. If they had actually listened and took time to examine him properly they may not have misdiagnosed a baby. Surely anyone in the medical profession would know how dangerous untreated infections can become in children. Unprofessional staff on reception laughing hysterically while the waiting room is full of unwell people.

My review concerns the SDEC area.I am afraid I ended up there today, and the service provided was inadequate, in fact woeful would be more appropriate. I waited to see someone for four hours and just gave up. Who wants to sit in an uncomfortable chair for four hours with basically nothing to do? At no stage was I given any idea at all of when I might see someone. The staff sit in a huddle as far away as possible displaying few communication skills, and giving the impression that patients should just be grateful to see someone no matter how long they have to wait. No apologies, and no sympathy whatsoever. At the very least there should be a queuing list that is visible to all. This is a third world service.I am now left in a position because my patience wouldn't last beyond four hours that I don't even have a proper diagnosis which was the whole idea of coming in.I would have taken this up with the PALS Office, but that has conveniently moved.I should have said that I tried to discuss my concerns with the person in charge having previously had a very unhelpful conversation with another person who also claimed to be a Manager. Why you would need two Managers for a team of about six is beyond me. Anyway it was suggested that I effectively had a conversation in front of the patients. I said that was ridiculous and requested a private room. She made no attempt to find one, just said no, and we ended up chatting in a corridor. Just about as unproffesional as you could get, and the action of someone who just didn't care.Nobody could make a terrible situation good, but good management could make it a bit better. Conversely, very poor management just makes a situation worse.It appears nobody is taking these reviews seriously. Is this area deemed to be beyond criticism, certainly that's the way staff seem to act.

Just used this company today after a quick Google search.i was in a bit of a pickle with our car needing to go to my mechanics in Southend.Rang these guys and within 2hrs my car was on the way for a very competitive price.really happy customer will definitely use again

Attended due to significant medical issue. Seen within 2hrs, very helpful staff and Doctor. Provided swift and appropriate care. Very grateful!Only criticism is the reception desk offers no privacy from waiting area. No confidentiality at all. A simple screen between the 2 would suffice.
