I'll start with my conclusion, this store is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for their items to be engraved or embossed. I gave in a faux leather jacket, wanting to get the back of it engraved with a custom design. No where else in London did I find a place willing to do this for me but these guys did. There were some complications with my request (none of which at fault of the store) but the workers were very friendly and helpful, communicating with me all the way, letting me know of any updates, problems and solutions and in the end I got exactly what I wanted and it looks beautiful. Thank you so much! And I'd love to use your services again!

I took a 2010 year old book of Burns poetry, in a very poor condition to DAD to see if it could be repaired. I was given a quote and left it with them. Two months later, I collected the book, it had been beautifully rebound in tooled leather and all damaged pages repaired. All writing by my ancestors had been preserved, and the book should now be good for another 200 years.
