Contacted Mark at Three6Five to enquire about a KR1S engine that he had for sale. From the first point of contact his knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm for what I wanted was abundant. I not only bought the engine that he himself had fully stripped, rebuilt and ceracoated but I also commissioned various other parts of my project and am very grateful for his extremely good work. The speed and communication throughout were great. I will be a regular customer of Marks and would highly recommend.Quality guy and a quality service.

Hello,I have been a long-term user of Mute's subscription service and would like to share my experiences.+Upon joining Mute, they covered my CBT test fee by providing it as a motorcycle usage credit.Upgrading motorcycles is straightforward; you can swiftly trade in the old for the new.Any issues with the motorcycle are resolved promptly.They are proactive in resolving all sorts of issues, even involving their CEO when necessary.They even assist with matters outside the subscription, offering life-related advice.-Absence of a community forum.Dissatisfaction with the finance team's operations.Inefficiencies in document and penalty (parking etc.) tracking.Communication is solely via WhatsApp.Written and signed agreements are missing, leading to loss of information.Lack of a mobile application.While Mute earns praise for their valuable motorcycle projects, they can certainly enhance their service quality by reinforcing their corporate structure and processes. It's baffling to me that, given the expertise of the management team, they haven't transitioned from a personal to a more reliable corporate communication, or guided their company in that direction. Although I admire their ideas and projects, there were unfortunately many shortcomings in my experience.

I called into Powercut last week to pick up a few parts for my John Deere lawn tractor Lt 155. It goes without saying that you always get excellent service and receive a very professional approach from all the staff. But it was also pleasing that in these very difficult times great care has been taken to ensure the safety of all customers and staff. Well done guys see you soon.

Mute is the good vehicle useful for the transportation and is budget friendly as well I am so happy with the vehicle and yes the service of mute is excellent there was a good help given by Mr.Harry I was so satisfied with the speed and the vehicle thank you mute company and team for helping me in each and every way.

Spent the weekend on the back of a MUTE... no other way to get around London. Fun, best value, and by far, more eco friendly than other means of transport. Highly recommend calling by their shop.

I've have dealt with Powercut for the past 19 years and they have always supplied me with John Deere equipment to maintain our 18 hole golf course. The ongoing back up and support from them is first class I know I can order a part and recieve it within a couple of days at most. They are always at the end of a phone to help with any issues I may have and if i cant resolve it one of their experienced mechanics will quickly come down to help. All in all a first class service from a great company with knowledgeable and friendly staff
