Andy really knows his stuff when it comes to purchasing an EV and is really helpful. I'm now driving a lovely Audi E-tron.

Recently had my Sprinter van in for Service and MOT repairs, Lucy and Olivia on reception were extremely helpful and friendly when booking me in and sorting my loan vehicle out. I spoke with Natasha the GM who was very informative about how the work would progress and even put my mind at ease for some additional things I had concerns about for my van. Marc Bennet the technician who worked on my van should be regarded as an expert in his field. He kept me up to date with the service and even found a few defects that he managed to rectify the same day minimising how long I was off the road for. I bought a used car from here. The service was excellent from the minute I enquired especially from Keith. I was sent a video of the car before visiting the showroom. I was allowed to test drive for as long and as far as I needed. I got a years warranty too which is rare for second hand cars. I don’t live nearby but wish I did as I would really recommend them.

Visited Hartwell van centre over the weekend and was greeted by a salesman named Sam. What a breath of fresh air he was. His knowledge of the used vans I was looking at was second to none and he was able to answer my many questions, nothing felt like too much trouble which was great. He was so polite and friendly and did not rush or push me into anything allowing me time to think about a rather large purchase. No money exchanged hands however I will certainly be back very soon. On the 7th of april they sent me away with a faulty car .My car was booked for a recall, they took 2 hours to say it needed doing but didn't have the bolts in , it's a recall they should have been ordered ready.I could not wait and was told I could book back in when they had the bolts. In the 5 minutes it took the chap to get my keys he told me they had checked the specs and it was no longer needed.The recall did indeed need doing as I booked into a different garage I voiced my concern to the chap at anthony motors to no avail, i was told it did not need doing . Leominster motors booked me straight in and sorted the recall promptly.

I had to get my car recovered after braking down as the car became totally undrivable 250 miles after having front brakes changed. When returned to Cotly's they claimed it had miraculously fixed itself and they hadn't done anything. It had nothing to do with the fact they hadn't tightened the drive shaft back up when changing the brakes? Own up to your mistakes rather than lying. Wouldn't trust this garage to service my pushbike
