Had an Amazon parcel I needed to return using UPS, a service offered by my local dry cleaners.I took my parcel and the man in the shop told me that I needed 3 copies of customs form attached to the parcel (I only had one as Amazon didn't inform me that I would need three), he was very helpful and explained that if there were not 3 attached to the parcel would not get delivered as it was going to Europe.I returned 20 minutes later with the 2 extra forms, and all was good.He even attached them to the parcel in a plastic envelope for me. Great service all round (Apart from the Amazon instructions !!!)

Great company, very patient and helpful. We took sometime to commit to a colour and we were guided through the process by Dawn. Our Suite looks like new. Very happy with the result. Would highly recommend.

Excellent yarns in stunning colours, I have always enjoyed knitting with them. My only issue is I always want more, unfortunately this is something Triskelion are only too happy to help me with.

Please save your shoes, don’t take them here!Brought it new Jimmy Choos in a box with untouched leather soles, they were examined by a lady when I brought them in, no faults identified. The cobbler then returned my shoes with an inch and a half cut through the silk!They gave me only one shoe to look at when I came to collect, which I found strange. I had to ask to be shown the second one before I leave. The “hidden” shoe had an inch and a half cut through the silk by the soles. Bizarrely, they denied all wrong doing and claimed I brought shoes in like this. When I said the lady inspected my shoes on arrival, he demanded pictures, which I of course didn’t have as I wasn’t advised to take any. It’s my own fault for bringing a luxury shoe to a place like this and paying in cash. What was I thinking. All I wanted was to support a small local business with good reviews. Instead I lost £300 on a pair of heels that I saved up for for a while, which were a treat to myself after a very hard year. Now I can’t take any legal action against them for ruining expensive heels as they don’t take card. There was a paper on their door saying this when I came in and the lady before me in the queue was directed to the nearest cash point as she didn’t have cash on her. They could have offered to pay for the repair of the silk on my shoe, they could have at least refunded me for the second pair of leather shoes I brought in that day, as a way of compensation. Instead they were pushy, speaking with me like I was trying to rob them, showing me some tools that funny enough had sharp edges exactly where they cut the silk, grabbing my light silk shoe with dirty hands and leaving a dozen of black oily fingerprints. They made me feel so uncomfortable that I left the shop and cried all the way home. I was never treated like a thief in my life (especially around other people waiting in the shop), so understandably I left, when I guess I should have stayed and insisted they compensated me. The nervous cobbler refunded me £50 for the Jimmy Choos, and made a point of not refunding me another £50 I paid for a pair of leather flip flops, as “there was nothing wrong with them”…. Excuse me sir, you ruined a £300 pair of heels! I am still waiting on compensation.It is worth mentioning that they put a black sole on a tan shoe….

I had a dress altered for my daughters wedding. Kaz was very patient as it had to have more than one alteration. The result was a perfect fit and I got many compliments. Would highly recommend.

The reparation and soled craft of the landlord is the best that I have seen in London in the same price until now, he holds a delicate craft, and the price is around 50 pounds for each pair of shoes, is cost-efficient.You don't need care about spilling glue and unsmooth modified edge of shoes after soling.Originally, the feather loafer shoes had heavy damaged front, and I can’t believe that the landlods can repair the front as good as usual, and the craft is pretty delicate. Besides, the man’s repair speed is fast. My four pairs of shoes only used about one week and the quality is excellent.If you pursue fine workmanship and need sticker shoe sole, this store is worth recommending to you.
