I would never consider using another dry ice company becasue.the admin when placing an order is very responsive and once the Courier let us down for a Outside catering and Mobile Bar event ,and Nicky the Manger on her day off !!! We recently ordered via phone with Dry Ice Express for a collection. All appeared to be well, until they charged for delivery, my colleague collected and paid in full. After questioning this, their response is, the delivery charge on the paperwork wasn’t for delivery but for the packaging, 1x poly box, of which would have been provided if the order was delivered. On this occasions, the service offered was great, unfortunately been over charged. If they deliver or you collect, in the future ensure you have your own poly box from last time, as this is what they charge for….. free delivery is granted. All time saving of, £4.79 off every order. ;)

Had an interview with these today cancelled at last minute whilst I was half way down the motorway saying I lived too far which is funny because I only live 45 mins away driving. I'd avoid at all costs, useless C***S

Worst service and poor companyFollowed all the instructions and only vapour left. Ordered on the 18th August 2023 and arrived on 25 August 2023 and opened the box at it was super light, only water vapours left no 5KG of Dry Ice I ordered for event. Cannot believe the the service so poor and the product being so poor. It is also my fault I should have checked the reviews before like I always do but I thought dry ice is same everywhere else guess not.

What a wonderful time we all had at Crowcombe Court on 3rd September.Kieran gave us all the music we wanted for the evening and he also interacted with our guests with his own sense of humour . We also used the Photo Booth which again kept both adults and children entertained and together with the photo book which is a great memento of the evening. All in all it finished off a great day, Thanks very much from us both
