Dress Shop

We visited a couple of Prom dress shops, I thought that we would love a dress in the first shop we came too but we didn't.Then we went to RiRi'sMy daughter saw a dress in the window and said I like that one"Pink and glittery is not her usual style

My friend bought a two piece white flares set for £34.99 on Friday. On the receipt it said it’s exchanges only which she was happy to do. When into the shop today in the Marlands at 12:30 and spoke to lady and she claimed it smelt like washing powder. My friend never washed the product. As both of us have recently worked in retail shops, we know that you shouldn’t wash a product and it wouldn’t cross our minds to do so. However under the Consumer Rights act we are eligible for an exchange as stated on the receipt. Have to admit by looking at the reviews this has happened plenty of times! I don’t understand when having the receipt and the item which hasn’t been washed at all we can’t even have an exchange for another product. It’s disgusting. I won’t be coming back to purchase anything again. If I could leave a 0/5 review I would!

What an amazing experience both my mom and I continue to have at Sacha Couture with wonderful Ebtisam.Before I met Ebtisam, I was so scared to get items altered; fearing that they might get ruined. And in the end, these un-altered items would end up locked away in my closet.However, after my mom raved to me about how amazing Ebtisam and her work is, I began to take clothes to her for altering, and now she is my go-to and has made me so comfortable and excited to get my clothes altered. There is no better feeling than to drop off garments that I love so much for altering while fully trusting that my items are in the best hands. I trust that Ebtisam will give me exactly what I am looking for, if not even better than I had imagined! I also trust Ebtisam’s creativity and attention to detail and I love that I can get ideas from her. Always on time, always attentive to details and always willing to help. Kay , Rachel, Ceri & Kez we’re the perfect hosts today helping my twins choose the perfect prom dresses. We travelled from Southampton as we knew you had some stunning dresses and a lot to chose from. Would highly recommend! Had the most perfect day! Can’t wait to see them in there dresses!!! Amazing place, we have just been for my little sisters prom dress and everything about this place was just stunning! The staff were so amazing and helped us out every step of the way and were so patient - couldn't recommend more xx

I booked or a private viewing and brought along, 2 friends, 2 cousins, my aunt, nan & sister! The ladies were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have helped more, there was champagne...tea for nan, snacks, slippers for everybody, comfy seating and a very very large range of amazing designer wedding dresses...it really did exceed my expectations! I placed my deposit on my dress that evening!

Shay did such an amazing job altering my wedding dress which needed quite a significant size change. She is so talented and I knew straight away that my dress was in safe hands! Highly recommend. Thanks Shay!
