I can not rate Canine Styles highly enough. Moving to the area three years ago, with an older dog we struggled to find a groomer. Then we discovered Canine Styles. They took the time to get to know Spooky and his traits, tailoring the service to him, based on his needs that day. At the end of his life they allowed us to book appointments with little notice, keeping him comfortable and groomed right up until the end. We will be forever grateful.

During the lockdown I had an appointment for my Shih Tzu to be groomed in the middle of March this year. On the day of his appointment I received a telephone call from Canine Style saying they were only allowed to do welfare cases and therefore couldn’t groom my dog whose fur was now quite long. They made an appointment for him to have his groom on 6th April. I telephoned them about a week or so prior to this date as he could no longer see and his fur was very matted due the length of his fur to be told they still were unable to groom him even though he was now considered to be a welfare case and that he would have to wait until 6th April.On 6th April I took him for his groom and his fur was quite matted on his chest area among other places. I had tried brushing him daily to prevent him from getting matted.When I went to collect him he was handed over to me almost completely bald on his body so much so you could see his bare skin. However I I thought this may have been necessary because he was matted. The person who handed him to me was smiling and she took my took my payment. Today I phoned for an appointment to be told I would have to go somewhere else as last time they groomed my dog he had bitten one of them. Nobody mentioned this when I went to collect him last time and I suspect if he really did bite then due to the state of the way he was returned to me that he had possibly been hurt by the groomer.I certainly would not recommend canine style to anybody and feel that if he had bitten one of the groomers that they should have addressed it at the time instead of waiting for me to telephone for a further appointment. This shows total lack of professionalism

Our dog has just been to Hayley as he had an important role at our wedding holding the rings we got him back smelling great and spoilt rotten she even had a tuxedo made for him .she always does a good job we have been going there since he was a puppy he is 3 and a half and our boy loves being with her .thankyou so much Hayley

My 2 dachshunds kandy & Jessie love going there the staff are great and so welcoming your pets get first class care.

Easy access and so friendly

First time taking my Cockerpoo to Hayley, she is so friendly and welcoming and did a great job, would recommend her to anyone!

Girls very patient with maisie, like the fact you can stay.

Very kind staff and very helpful.With corvid-19 they kept everyone safe and hand-wash at doors.
