I am only posting this review as I was searching to contact Nipro and spotted the one very disappointing review listed for them; it is most unfortunate the other reviewer has had such a bad experience, but I felt I wanted to let people know how different my experience has been...I was diagnosed diabetic and issued a Nipro 4Sure Smart Duo blood glucose monitor last September in one NHS area, but I live in a different NHS area, where I returned following an emergency operation....turns out, my home county authority usually issue a different monitor. When I attempted to get my test strip prescription filled, none of the local chemists could provide them....they kept telling me their suppliers could not obtain any, with the usual Covid 19 excuse for lack of supplies. My surgery even had to give me a 2nd monitor as I could not obtain the test strips. However, I needed the Duo as I regularly had to test for ketones. Later in the week it occurred to me to contact Nipro to try to get to the bottom of why there was such a problem obtaining test strips.. I called up on the phone, and a lovely lady checked their stocks and was perplexed as to why I was being told the strips were unavailable when they had plenty in their wharehouse! She then sent me an emergency supply to my home address, with ZERO charge to tide me over, and said she would contact the company that supplies the chemist and rectify the supply issue. Since that day, I have never had difficulty getting my prescriptions filled. I certainly feel my readings are accurate in comparison with my HbA1c blood test results. I just called up to request a replacement self test log book and it took 2 minutes and the lady said it will be posted to me today ....I am very happy with both the products and the customer service I have received from Nipro to date!

Always had such an amazing service from Kylie at Pump your Pump. She's always happy to answer designs slightly and does a fantastic job. I'd never buy my son's pouches from anywhere else as they just don't seem as good quality.

Very well made pump bangs. Have tried various companies and find these to be the best. A great variety of designs which my Daughter loves. Would highly recommend.

Items didn’t arrive despite paying for 24hr delivery, refused refund would only refund postage although it was clear from tracking that the item hadn’t been delivered. Consistently lied to, even though they had not terminated the call properly and I could hear them discussing that my order had not been dispatched. I have now having to seek resolution through payment services.

Sent me a faulty device and refused to allow me to return it instead telling me to go direct to manufacturer. So now O have a faulty device which I’ve had to still pay for that is unusable. Stay away at all costs they have ZERO customer service skills and I’ve also had to report them to trading standards.

My Dana i pump failed at around two months old.My first call to Advanced Therapeutics, the UK disttibutor, to report the problem and agree a return led to no action, apparently because whoever took the call didn't tell anyone.I was told that the pump can only be tested by Sooil in Korea and as Advanced Therapeutics run one shipment a month in each direction, it would take around two months to get it back.After 4 months and no word, I called Advanced Therapeutics. They said they'd return my pump the following week. I never heard from them.The insulin pump team at my hospital have contacted them and been reassured. It's now been 8 months since I reported the problem, and no resolution.In the meantime there's been a worldwide recall of all these units due to a Bluetooth firmware problem.Support from Advanced Therapeutics for their products is sadly lacking and it's a pity that the manufacturers Sooil appointed them.As these pumps sell for around £5,000 they might consider using couriers to speed up the process, although the delays appear to be largely the responsibility of Advanced Therapeutics themselves.If this were a consumer product I'd have some rights regarding its performance, but the NHS were good enough to supply it, which is B2B.I've asked my pump clinic to request a return and refund due to non-performance, but Advanced Therapeutics wouldn't agree to this.My clinic say: ATUK confirmed that you should have received it a few months ago but unfortunately it wasn’t dispatched."Personally I'll avoid this company in the future due to their incompetent support."
