The staff are absolutely brilliant so helpful right from the moment you get there.

The customer service from specs direct lozells is absolutely disgusting!The receptionist has no manners and speaks to customers in a very rude and disrespectful manner.Very disappointing that even though my partner knows the owner very well they treated me in this manner ( think about how they will treat you if they don't have no relation to you !)Avoid specs direct on lozells rd as the only thing they can provide you is disrespect and rudeness.

The doctors and nurses are lovely but the receptionists have real attitude problems and never answer the phone, I’ve been calling for three days about a diagnoses (over voicemail!!) and they still haven’t answered or got back to me, also one of height and weight nurses had a go at me because she had to go and get my blood sugar metre she forgot to give me, I’ve been threatened to not be allowed insulin pods after missing appointment aswell, hate this place

Thank you so very much.I had the utter delight of meeting the ladies who run the treatment centre. It truly felt like I was walking on velvet after my medical pedicure. I would 100% recommend Kiki's Foot Care Clinic and Nail Bar. They've given me my ankles back!!!! Dx

Would highly recommend Teesside Podiatry Clinic. Sarah-Jayne was so welcoming and fully explained the treatment plan. My feet feel absolutely amazing.The treatment room was spotlessly clean and good to see Sarah-Jaynes certificates on display demonstrating her continuous professional development.Looking forward to my next appointment.

This was my second visit in three years. Very professional optician and staff. State of the art technology used for my eye examination. Cleanliness of the building was excellent especially in this pandemic, a true asset for the local community and beyond. Highly recommended.

Dr V Kumar was amazing at explaining everything in full detail and discussing options with me. I felt really safe and reassured speaking with her. She listened to everything I had to say and made sure I understood everything that she advised or discussed. she didn’t rush the appointment, she was really understanding and helped me a lotThank you so much :)

I attended Teesside Podiatry Clinic with a flair up of Achilles tendinitis, following a bad ankle sprain several years ago. Sarah Jayne provided an excellent assessment, diagnosis and a personal treatment plan. This involved some laser treatment, lots of physiotherapy, and self directed exercises. Within 6 weeks I am almost back to normal ( the last flair up took 6 months). I cannot thank her enough. She is an absolute star, so understanding, professional and knowledgeable . I felt totally confident with her. Anyone who has any lower limb muscular or mechanical issues should book up straight away!!
