MONEY MATTERS:I contacted Money Matters, a branch of the Housing Advice center.The receptionists were kind and helpful.After taking details I was given a call back, within an hour!I missed the call but when I phoned back I was put straight through to Lucy"She was incredibly helpful

I had numerous planning issues with my self build home and so i was really struggling to make any progress with my application. I spoke to Helen from Planning House who is a fountain of knowledge and quite easily the most proactive consultant i have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am 100% certain i would not have had the positive outcome i had without her help and so i really could not recommend Planning House enough.

Not helpfulThey refuse 90% of people who come in HAC ,what the point of sitting there for nothing. They refused lots of single ladies who didn't anywhere to stay and i heared from many visitors that there is a very not helpful advisor who refused people easily.if u can't help people just close the doors and dont waste the people's time.

I would highly recommend Chris at planning house, the experience has been very positive. She is extremely knowledgable and has been incredibly supportive. Initially I contacted three different consultants. Chris was the only one who actually spent time reading emails between myself and Richmond council and then provided me with advice which resolved the situation in our favour. Thank you!

BRILLIANT SERVICE. BRILLIANT PHONE MANNER.... I phoned Chris after looking on the Internet for a private planning consultant. I don't write reviews for the sake of it, I write them when I really believe in the person I have had dealings with. Chris was extremely helpful and really gave me her time over the phone, something which seems to be a dying skill.
