Had a lovely day here with friends and our 2 kids (2 & 5). Staff were lovely, gardens are stunning & kids playground area is fab. A great day out for those that live all things botanical or looking for things for the kids. My daughter was obsessed with the indoor pond of huge koi carp I think we went back to it 4 times in our visit!

I really enjoy the training session in this centre. The Pastoral Educator, Mr. Nigel Bond, is amazing.Nigel uses various activities, to develop our problem-solving and self-reflection skills.

I spoke to Bill on the 21st April 2020, i had just adopted a dog that i wanted to make sure i give her the best chance at living and staying in her new home, She came to me with what seemed like very little training, i also have another dog that she was going to have to get used it. Bill was very knowledgeable, offered me great advice on various concerns i had and has offered to hold some video call lessons to help me on my way. So far i am very impressed and Bill was very knowledgeable! he even corrected a few things i have been doing with my 6 year old Staff that made total sense!

I have worked there last summer (from August to beginning of September 2021) through an agency. Role was temporary but the week before I was dismissed because of lack of work staff members asked TWICE if any of the temporary staff was available until the end of October 2021 as agreed with the temporary agencies (in fact the same day one guy has been dismissed just for asking holidays that have been denied to him because they said they urgently needed staff to carry on the tasks assigned). Although I gave full availability I was dismissed from them (not from the agency, as it supposed to be) and the same happened to other temp staff on the following days. Nice working atmosphere but disgusting treatment from the Management.

Bill is amazing!! He spent 3 hours at our house with our 2 dogs, One of which we thought was scared of men and slightly vicious, but with Bill's knowledge and guidance we came to realise that she is just a very anxious dog and with guidance and training from us she would do better. And what a difference in just week she has been!! We can't believe how much more relaxed she is and we can even walk her without worrying of an outburst of barks & growls! Thankyou Bill, you have been a massive help! Safron and James - and of course, Betty and Luna x

The event was beautiful and received warm welcome. We all had chocolates left on the seats. I gave mine away being vegan but what a lovely touch! The Sekine quartet were so talented and played the best of Hans Zimmer and the stage being raised made views even better. The atmosphere was wonderful and would definitely recommend this venue.

We got in contact with Bill after rescuing our boy from Spain we assumed he had separation anxiety. The information Bill provided us with was mind blowing and in just the 2 hours he was in our home helped us to understand the signs our boy was giving us. We obviously have a way to go yet but in such little time we saw a change within our boy and are looking forward to working with Bill to help our boy to become the best dog we know deep down he’s meant to beThank you Bill
