I am so happy with the high level of care shown to my daughter by Orthodontic Therapist, Shauna, at House of Dental in West Heath. My daughter was quite anxious about having braces fitted, but Shauna immediately put her at ease. We have visited Shauna twice now and on both occasions Shauna has been friendly, helpful and also very knowledgable, explaining everything clearly and answering any questions thoroughly. My daughter now feels confident about the whole process and is no longer worried about upcoming appointments. I would just like to add that all the staff are friendly and approachable, from the receptionists through to the dental assistants. This is especially true for the dental assistant working with Shauna on the past two visits we've had. Overall, a brilliant service and very happy daughter. Many thanks!

Highly recommend Adam and the team at Synergy. Just had 3 implants yesterday and have no pain or discomfort whatsoever! Everything was explained to me clearly and the process was very smooth.

I would like to thank Dr Simon Barnwell and Lisa for making my experience with Oracle Dental a very pleasant one. I was referred by my own dentist for Root Canal Treatment due to the complexity. Dr Barnwell carried out the initial assessment and identified the correct tooth that needed the RCT. Everything was explained along with the cost. I was very skeptical due to two failed RCT (not carried out by Oracle). Lisa assured me Dr Barnwell was very experienced and was the right person for the job. Lisa was not wrong. The treatment was pain free and professionally carried out. The treatment was carried out over two visis. Thank you Dr Barnwell and Lisa for restoring my faith in RCT. I only wish the practice was closer to home.

This is the best dentist practice in Bristol. From the lovely reception staff, the really attentive dentists, great hygienist care to the fantastic communication ahead of appointments. I had a check up, filling and a hygienist clean this month and I am so pleased with the level of prompt care I received. It was so easy to book appointments and each visit was a pleasure. The hygienist, Marta, gave my teeth the best clean in years. Thank you!

Very satisfactory experimce. All staff were courteous and helpful. The procedure was straightforward and I was given the results straight away. My appointment took place immediately on arrival although I was nearly an hour early.

From the lovely welcome of the receptionist to the detailed scan I had of my upper jaw, I have no complaints.

I lost a veneer at the top front of my mouth. I rang about 4pm one afternoon and got an apt the next morning at 8 am thank you Chrissie (receptionist)When I rang other practises the earliest appointment I could get was 6 weeks!!THANK YOU Chrissie (receptionist)Davina was fantastic within an hour I left with a temporary crown which was as good as the permanent crown I got 3 weeks later.I highly recommend this practise, and wish I’d found them a lot earlier. Will definitely visit here again for a painless experience.

A really supportive practice for both regular and recent emergency treatment. AJ an excellent dentist always up to date with current treatments. The great hygienist really good for regular care and lovely, helpful receptionists .
