The Factory Fitness and Dance Centre
My first impression was… bad, I came to ask the receptionist for membership and she had no idea of anything. Ok, I manage to join the gym through the website… when I started I felt the lack of machines, but I manage by myself, using the mats on the floor (they got only 4 of them). People in the gym are very nonsense, they choose a mat and they will be there for 1 hour, sometimes the training takes 20 min but they just leave their stuff there and no one can use it, some of them use 2 at the same time, sometimes I had to Sit down and wait or even leave without the chance to use them. Seems like there is no staff working there, when I asked the receptionist If one of the staff could give me some tips for exercises she said no, That people working there are private hired personal trainers and they don’t work for the gym, but I could ask someone who was working out (???). Personal trainers take so much space, you feel stuck or get yourself jumping onto them to walk throughout the gym. I wanted to cancel my membership and surprise, you have to give one month notice to stop the next transactions, so I literally paid 45 days without using it.

Me and my husband had our wedding reception here, from start to finish it was a great experience. Lovely venue, lovely staff, would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted to hold a function/party. Thankyou for making our evening run smoothly!

The Lemon Frog Dance Company
What a fabulous venue this is. Very talented dance teachers and choreographers, who teach the technique of many different dances. I can’t recommend lemon frog enough if you want to get fit, make new friends and have fun.

Swarthmore Education Centre
Had similar issues to Jay with the unprofessional staff. I was too unwell to attend because of my disability and also had other issues with comments made towards me in the class. I received a rude phone-call and blunt letter which was aggressive and unhelpful. No refund and definitely not friendly.

The Rainbow Ballroom
Patricia and Pat are wonderful hosts, they offer a warm welcome and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. There is lots of interesting memorabilia to see. The dance floor is beautiful. There are some lovely souvenirs mugs, pens etc. available to purchase. We hope to return to a dance in the Rainbow in the near future!

Victoria's Pole & Aerial Fitness
I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough; I started 6 months ago with very little fitness experience and the difference in me already is amazing. The instructors are all so lovely and encouraging no matter what your goals are and are just as buzzing as you are when you achieve something new. It's such a lovely, warm and supportive environment that I look forward to being a part of every week. I've met some amazing people and can honestly say Victoria's Pole & Aerial Fitness has done absolute WONDERS for my mental health (and my confidence!). Thank you so much Victoria, Karen & Donna, I can't stress enough how much this place has helped me and how much of an important part of my life it is now.

The Arena Sports Centre
We are loyal weekly customers of the arena, unfortunately looking else where now for options due to the shockingly awful phone system. Takes us an hour to get through to anyone frequently, and most times we arrive staff are sat in a huddle in reception chatting
