Crypto ATM

Charged over £500, I paid more and more each visit to fix a laptop that I bought for half of that and the problem has returned with no documentation for warranty or even an invoice for what I was paying for. Just seems to charge ridiculous amounts and doesn’t give a permanent solution. Will not be using again.

Complete con-man sells overpriced Chinese garbage. I bought a mac charger which costed £58. When I tried to use it, the thing doesn't charge my laptop, only keeps it at the same battery level. I took it back 3 days later and he refused to give me a refund. I don't have money to throw away.I told him by law he had to give me a refund due to the Consumer Act 2015. He was completely rude and arrogant. Wasting half of my day going back and forth. I spoke to Citizens advice about it and they told me he was wrong. Still he could not give me my money back. He even locked his door and stopped answering his phone with a customer inside. I couldn't honestly believe it.Complete scumbag to be honest. I saw him sweet talking money out of older gentleman several times when i went in there several times. All i wanted was my money back. Just avoid like the plague, for your sake.

Went today to sort some things out and to buy some bitcoins(yes, they have a Bitcoin ATM). The staff was very friendly and helpful with my queries.P. S. They also offer gifts this time of the year, which was very welcoming.

Brought my laptop in for some urgent repairs, and while it did hurt my wallet a bit more than I thought, the friendly and speedy service more than made up for it, so what can you do
