He really goes up and beyond and stays up-to-date with latest materials and research. My little one was not well I had to stay in Leeds hospital with him around 8 months.I had an appointment with them during that 8 months and I called from Leeds to cancel it.But they still classed my appointment as a missed appointment and took my name off from the dentist.Very poor communication with receptionist,Even after calling and cancelling the appointment 24 hour earlier they didn’t update it.When I called them for a appointment the telephonist was extremely rude.When I explained my circumstances her reaction was she isn’t bothered.
