Perrys Field To Fork Ltd
We wanted to support our local butchers and cookery school so booked a staff team day at Perrys Field to Fork. During the booking process Debbie organised a bespoke schedule of pork pie and sausage making, suited perfectly to our timings. On the day the entire Perry’s team were exceptional. Steve and Carl lead the day, explaining in detail the history of Perry’s, how they operate, their sustainability choices and how quality is at the forefront of their business. The day was a huge success, filled with laughter and fun. It gave us chance as a team to work together in a new, relaxed and friendly environment. The quality of the sausages and pork pies were exceptional. By providing “hands on” experience you get to understand each part of the process, ask questions and appreciate what it takes to deliver the finest quality produce.Every member of the team loved the event and we will definitely be returning soon.Thank you to all at Perry’s Field to Fork for a wonderful day.

Lincolnshire Cookery School
Took the Artisan Bread course. Great lesson. Sour dough, focaccia, baguettes, brioche, and a basic loaf. We learned about the needs of the oil, water, and sour dough in the different recipes. We heard of a few more lessons that we would also love to go to. The teacher does a great job making sure everyone is involved and no one is left behind.

Laura Pope - The Dorset Kitchen
I so enjoyed a morning spent with Laura in her lovely home, showing us how to cook a delicious spring inspired lunch. Her kitchen is perfectly set up for an intimate group, the dishes were something that I wouldn't think to put together myself but felt easily achievable once Laura expertly showed us how. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way as well as pick up some more general cooking/kitchen tips.At the end it was lovely to sit down and sample the food overlooking the beautiful garden. I have already made the blondies at home - delicious.Thank you Laura.

We went here for my sister’s hen party to do Ready Steady Cook and I cannot think of one way that our experience could be improved. It was brilliant. Our chefs were fantastic, helpful, approachable and funny and the experience was made seamless through the help from the assistants. The environment was beautiful - it was summer so we are outdoors with a beautiful view. The choice of food was great and we were also able to choose fresh vegetables from the garden. We all had a fantastic, memorable time and would highly recommend. A big thank you to all the staff that day.

cooking with monisha
Cooking with Monisha is a wonderful experience and the best part is you get to take the food home. I’ve attended a few of her classes and have learned to cook 5 different dishes per class. She starts every class by taking you to a local shop where you learn about the best products (e.g. spices, rice, etc.) to use for the day’s menu.Monisha has a wealth of experience and is very considerate towards beginners. She is very passionate about food and cooking, and she always clarifies any questions with a smile.

We had the best time at the steak masterclass! Aoife was an amazing teacher - engaging, knowledgeable and hilarious throughout - the whole class was a joy from start to finish and the time went so quickly! Learned lots of good tips that we can use at home and basically rolled home after eating all of the yummy food! We love food but are not professional cooks by any standard - the class was definitely fitting for anyone with all levels of experience. Such a great gift idea! They give you 10% off in the store too afterwards and we ended up picking up some of the great tools we used, can’t wait to try them! Huge thanks to Aoife and team!

Ground Up Cookery School
I just wanted to say how fabulous the foraging and cookery course was with Colin at Ground Up Cookery School. I'm a keen forager and still learned so much. The food we cooked was delicious and I've come home armed with some fantastic recipes. My family really enjoyed the nettle focaccia and the summer rolls that evening. It was a thoroughly inspiring day and I can't wait for the next course! Thanks so much.
