The staff are friendly and they sort you out but they have a big, big problem with the waiting times and opening hours. The hours are 8 to 17:30 Mon-Fri which are not really suitable for this kind of business. You're not allowed to queue there before 8, if the yard is full they turn you around and there is no place for lorries to park and wait and you lose your spot in the queue, it's always a pain in the a..e to do business there.Maybe they should do something to organize better, to think a little bit about the lorry drivers as well as we all have tachographs and tight schedules, nobody wants to spend there 3-6 hours to pick up a box.I understand now Eling Wharf is under ABP management and they don't like lorries queuing on site, in that case they should think about a VBS booking system with certain booking windows for particular jobs. If you know you can serve let's say 15-20 lorries per hour, book them in advance and everyone could be happy!

Bought two 'As New' containers from Billie Box. Service was great all round from quotation to delivery. The containers arrived within a week of order in perfect condition. Very pleased! Thank you very much to Jane and the team.

Have used in the past and will again. They were able to arrange delivery of two containers locally in less than 24 hrs. Price was about 10% cheaper than what I had been paying to Elliot's. Highly recommend if your after polite, efficient and competitive service.

Really affable and efficient staff on the phone. Excellent service - the skip was delivered when required and collected very swiftly. The drivers who bring and collect the skip are friendly and helpful, making the whole process so easy. This is the third time I have used this company and would not hesitate in using them again. Very good value for money as well!

A brilliant wee place hidden away on Newton Road industrial estate. Very near One stop shop. Staff are professional and friendly and helpful go the extra mile. Covid aware will short out your packing needs and anything else. Parking available great place to go and be looked after
