Charterlink Worldwide Freight & Logistics
Staff are very keen to mislead then cheat customers. We were left with a large bill of £3500 to pay when one of their staff members made a mistake. Katie / Katy the manager is rude, unhelpful and they do not care. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, THEY CAN BARELY OWN UP TO THEIR OWN MISTAKES AND LET ALONE RUN A FREIGHT AND LOGISTICS BUSINESS. Please note, we did not even get an apology from the staff member for the mistake and they are probably doing this to other customers.

Absolutely great service, everything can be done digitally. Andre is very helpful and is great with advice and working with you to help you meet your needs. Really good pricing too, and it's a massive bonus that the insurance, padlock and such comes included in the price as a lot of other storage spaces I've looked at prior would charge these on top. Honestly, would highly recommend.

Really affable and efficient staff on the phone. Excellent service - the skip was delivered when required and collected very swiftly. The drivers who bring and collect the skip are friendly and helpful, making the whole process so easy. This is the third time I have used this company and would not hesitate in using them again. Very good value for money as well!

Granite Self Storage
We have had a storage container at Lamledge for the past couple of years. However, the site has recently changed hands and the new owners have been very busy implementing a number of positive changes. The addition of ladies and gents toilets, both with heating and running hot and cold water is a huge improvement! Security has also been improved, and there is plenty of lighting throughout the site. Well done guys definitely worth a 5⭐ rating!!
