Vision Express Opticians - Salisbury
Drove 40 minutes to take my daughter to her 10.25am appointment and whilst I was standing, registering myself at reception, my phone rang…. It was another member of staff in the same shop, telling me that my appointment had been cancelled due to staff illness. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. Thank goodness I wasn’t an elderly person who had paid for a taxi - there was no real apology and total lack of empathy. I won’t be coming back.

This review is a long time coming and way too late! Just need to say how awesome this business is, got me out of a huge pickle a few days out from a 8 week holiday when I ran over my prescription sunnies. Andy came through big time for me and got me a new set in no time at all, just in time for the trip. Really great to have that personal understanding that makes the difference. Cheers.

Very frustrating, good lenses but beware would be my advice. Last order took a month to arrive after payment was taken, but giving the benefit of the doubt I stuck with it...unfortunately I had my latest payment taken 2 months ago and still haven't received the lenses nor no time frame as to when. If you have backlog and supply issues you shouldn't be taking payment for orders you can't fulfill, it’s somewhat dishonest.

Very good customer care, friendly professional staff who really make a difference. Very good optometrist, great after care and speedy delivery of new glasses. A good opticians totally unlike the 'trendy' one I went to before who overcharged and didn't deliver on any level.

Boots Opticians Norwich - Castle Mall (in Boots)
First time customer for Boots opticians and was very impressed at the detail and time taken. A trainee took me thro the ordering of glasses and choosing them and he was extremely thorough and helpful and was truthful if a pair didn't fit right or suit me. Looking forward to picking them up.
