The team at Alex Taylor were very helpful in getting the funeral arrangements just right for the funeral of our relative. At all stages they were very professional. From the first meeting discussing our requirements they guided us along the way, regularly making worthwhile suggestions. They listened to what we wanted and made further options or changes to give our relative a funeral the family and friends thought very fitting.They recommended the use the Reverend Robert Parry to conduct the service. Robert speaks Welsh and has a great singing voice which is something our dearly departed would have appreciated. Alex Taylor assisted with the Order of Service and a number of late changes we asked to be made were no problem to them.The funeral ran very smoothly, with Alex Taylor paying attention to the little details that showed they have the highest professional standards in their staff and in conducting such a difficult occasion for the family.

The professionalism and kindness shown by all the staff at Geoff Leather is second to none .Robin was there from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, he was always available to answer any questions we had and assisted with everything we asked, the courtesy shown on the day was truly heart warming not only shown towards us but to each member of staff.I would highly recommend using the service provided by Robin,Emma and all the amazing team at Geoff Leather

All the staff at grimmet and timms have all been incredible.The kindness, compassion and care they show goes above and beyond.I went to grimmett and timms with no idea on how to plan a funeral or what to expect, Stacey delt with us mainly, made the hardest time of my life that bit easier, she guided and supported me through everything, absolutely nothing was too big and she was there to help and support me from the day go even untill now after the funeral.The funeral went as smoothly and lovely for my uncle and us as it could.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, would 100% reccommend.

A first class service from start to finish. Sue is warm and welcoming and made a difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be. Nothing was too much trouble and our many queries and requests were responded to fully and promptly all the way through. The day of the funeral itself ran smoothly and without a hitch. Amy and the team were caring and professional. Donna, the celebrant, did a fantastic job. She was very supportive both before and on the day and made the service a real celebration of dad's life. Unfortunately we have used Pendock/ R Davis &Son twice now. Each time all the staff have made our loss a lot more bearable. This time Shaun went out his way to make my mother's final wish come together. He went and bought all the male staff attendees bright yellow ties. Which looked awesome, I cannot fault anyone or anything. Thank you guys for everything. It is very much appreciated. I will say this to anyone who is thinking of using this company. Please do, your funeral is in no better hands.
