Every delivery comes super quick and sometimes they add complimentary gifts which are very thoughtful. They are an amazing, reliable, friendly, and helpful supplier and you cannot get any better. Appalling service and lack of accountability from LVC.Having purchased an Imop, I asked for a service contract, which was not organised unbeknownst to myself.We had an issues with the Imop, so called out an engineer for a visit as there was a small leak. It was found that a valve was faulty. They have acknowledged the engineer fitted the valve the wrong way round, which meant is did not dispense water. Surely they should have realised this when testing the machine once the work had been completed?When this error was realised the following day, we asked for them to return and fix the issue. Once the issue was fixed, the same engineer then informed us that water had got into the motor and we needed a replacement. An issue that had not existed prior to LVC's visit.Being the type of company that they are, they are not taking any responsibility for the damage, despite the actions of their engineer. The blame is being laid at the hands our staff for mistreating" the Imop. They have used a series of excuses and possibilities as for the cause.I would suggest a company like WB floor cleaning who have picked up the batten. It have left me out of pocket

I have used Home and Dry cleaning both personally and professionally for many years now. Their cleaning and laundry is to a great standard however it is their high level customer service that sets them ahead of the others. They will always go above and beyond to help. I have had many a garment that I required in an unrealistic time scale. Julia and her team will always deliver.I own and run a menswear company which we also call upon Home and dry to assist with alterations. The seamstress here is so very talented and the alterations are always exceptional and at a great price.Professional friendly team...great service...Highly Highly recommended.
