Appalling, if I could score less, I would! I tried to book in my partner for a warranty call, and was told many weeks in advance. I called back later and asked if I could book as a private customer and was told a date much sooner in advance. They want your money, but do not want to honour their commitments to customers who have an existing product. POS dealership, I would avoid.

Purchased a Peugeot 3008 from you last weekend. From the time we came down to view the car to picking it up, we could not of asked for better service. Nothing was too much trouble, any questions we had were answered promptly and such a friendly family company. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a used car.By the way Catherine husband loves the car!

UPDATE: just had a phone call from Ian discussing my review and has offered a free service for the miscommunication on the sale of my car so I am now vary happy with the whole situation and happy to see chorley take great pride in the customer reviews and experience.Not vary happy with after sales service. Was sold a car with a service plan that just needed to be transferred into my name but was told by VWFS that my car has no active service plan on it so I called chorley and was basically told that they can't do anything and that the information they had said it did have a service plan so chorley who's paying for my next service!

5 stars feels like an injustice it should be more like 500! Andrew has got to be the most friendly, reassuring salesman Ive ever met, he was polite and easy to get along with and explained everything regarding the sale of the van to me in detail and provided both paper and email copies at my request! Fantastic deal and superb organisation for collection of the van and for getting everything sorted! I attend this dealer for all services and MOT etc. This week I managed to change my instrument panel by accident to show every thing on the screen to show only information in kilometres. I contacted the service department who told me to bring the car today I did and I was very pleased with the prompt service and a positive outcome to change everything back to show miles etc. In English.
