Loved the little Christian shop

Lovely service for one so young caring and compassionate.

One star is too much. I am the owner of a sensory group aimed at parents and carers that suffer with postnatal anxiety and depression. As a pandemic mummy who personally suffered with postnatal anxiety, I set up this group for others to benefit. I am now in the process of expanding throughout the UK as it is a service that is needed by parents and carers so we would like to come to West Bridgford. I emailed John who completely ignored me, so emailed again and he admitted he purposely ignored me. He then said I could come and see the venue at 4pm on Wednesday to which I asked if there was another day as I didn’t want to drive from Coventry with my baby in the back down the motorway at rush hour. He ignored me again. I then got a message on Wednesday morning asking if I was coming to which I said no I’m not bringing my baby in the car with me in rush hour. He responded that he’s a volunteer and what times he says, goes. Then went on to say because I wouldn’t go at 4pm that day that he won’t help me further as I’m not local and his hall is for locals and not a ‘start up’. Bare in mind I’m offering this for locals AND I’m recruiting so will help the job market for locals too (which I also told him). I have other options but the rudeness, bad tone and discrimation from John from the start has upset me so much I have taken to write this review. I deal with many venues and I did not expect this from a church. And if West Bridgford Methodist Church is unwelcoming and rude like that then I want nothing to do with them!

Abondoned such a shame

What a beautiful church in a beautiful peaceful and calming setting. I went to a funeral there of a friend I used to work with and I was stood outside the church and you could literally hear a pin drop it was that quiet.

Great place lovely friendly people made to feel welcome.

a lovely building,easy to get to. The people are very friendly and helpful. The services are spiritual and remind you of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice.
