I've never worked with a more attentive and concern salesperson before. Chris Law made my experience with MAS bearable and easy! I had to wait a little longer than normal for my car delivery but Chris made sure to update me with text daily, he advocate for me when the DVLA was holding my car for no reason at all, and he would always go the extra mile to make sure the experience of buying my very first brand new car was simple. I would absolutely recommend Chris to any friend, family member or stranger on the street looking to purchase from MAS! Chris you are a rockstar, thanks for all you did!

I went in to get a 2023 Harley Davidson Sportster S, and Mr. Daniel Hadden assisted me in everything I had to do the instant I went inside the dealership! He showed tons of knowledge and very good service to me and got me to my bike within 2 weeks! Would Recommend to go to him for swift and precise service!

Good experience and excellent customer service. Worked with Toni and she was fantastic. Due to a deployment, COVID and then shipping our car to a remote destination, the car buying/production/delivery process from start to finish was far more lengthy than anticipated. Even so, Toni did a great job walking us through the process and gave us plenty of updates along the way (as well as finding us some extra savings). She was a fantastic sales associate. If you’re overseas and looking to purchase a new vehicle, give MAS a look.

Purchased a Ford Focus 6 speed gearbox, can only say they were professional it arrived within the time quoted, they were very competitive on price and kept me advised my invoice was sent to me straight away as promised.Hence the five star rating.

During the process of purchasing my first new car, a 2019 Dodge Charger, Toni from MAS Mildenhall was extremely professional, patient, and helpful to me. She constantly stayed in contact and kept me updated through each stage of the purchase, and was always clear and concise about what documentation I needed to provide. I was able to pick up the car in a very timely manner, and have had a blast with it. I would absolutely suggest MAS to any active duty members stationed overseas looking for a new vehicle.

Glen was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! He took the time out to provide different options to give me a clear understanding of what was available, pricing, and other small details to help make a decision.

I ordered n paid online and within minutes the chap rang.Of course, alloys are different shapes n sizes so we had a chat and unf the size wasn't available; during the course of the call, I was refunded and advised on the next steps. Being a clueless about cars female, the advice was professional and comprehensive and really helpful. Abso recommend this co and should I damage something else, this shall be the firm I come to.
