Our experience using KV designs was excellent from beginning to end. It’s a family owned business and it shows in the pride that they take with delivering excellence in their work. It was also refreshing to interact with them as they were personable and down to earth, very patient and understanding throughout the process of designing and installing our media wall. During the installation they were very respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves after each day etc. We will definitely be returning to use them for all our future projects that are bespoke

They put the customer first. Didn't have what I wanted in the time available so directed me to one of their competitors who culd help. If they are prepared to put my interests above theirs, then I will return here when next I need a bed. Thank you

Fantastic place to shop , very helpful staff, I do perfect Peter Jones then John Lewis in Oxford street as it has too much in store and is not easy to get around , and it's very stressful . Will be coming here for my shopping.

Top class service, after a fault developed with our new bed I contacted Rob at Grove Bedding he immediately arranged for a replacement, which was delivered with the minimum of fuss. Can't fault their customer service, would recommend and definitely use again.

Travelled an hour to view their selection of prams and was very excited about looking for our babies first Pram, but I found it to be very limited and an unpleasant experience, as on website it says they have items in the show room and on arrival they were nowhere to be seen, for example the Venicci.The staff had little to no knowledge of the prams and although they weren't hugely busy, they were not forthcoming in helping us. Left feeling very disappointed.Took the 3 min drive over to mothercare and it was ten times better, more choice and knowledgable staff who were happy to help.

After a terrible experience waiting 3 months for our order (to still not be delivered) and constantly given wrong information over and over from the customer service team (not in store) we returned back to the york store and spoke to Sam. Within 24 hours Sam had our issues sorted and a delivery date booked for 5 days later. 0 stars to the customer service received on the phone but 5 stars to the York store for helping us get it sorted.

This visit was for room diffuser. We managed to buy what we were looking for but at a price. Time will tell if the cost was worth paying for but so far so good. The remainder of the store was what you would expect from a next store. It's a marmite store you either love or hate it.
