Everything that came out was perfect. Ordered some dishes I typically wouldn’t to try something new and it was all perfectly prepared. Great flavours and really exemplary service. Lovely views from upstairs as well.

Cute Catalonian place with simple menu with really well prepared food. The presentation is beautiful which I didn’t expect. Super chilled and buzzy environment so really enjoyed my experience there. Perfect for an after work gathering with friends and colleagues.

Not really clean kitchen, but good atmosphere. Not bad food, just not clean, uncomfortable seat at the bar. Food is very mild, so do not expect any spices dishes, or different tastes.

Excellent food. Not normally a desert person but the white chocolate cheesecake blew me away. Service was not as attentive as it could be, we struggled to ask for the bill, but perhaps this is because there was only a single waiter serving many tables

We were worried about coming with a dog, but we were welcomed in, given a quiet table and water and a treat for the dog. The relaxed tapas style was very Mediterrenean and the Alhambra (recommended) beer fabulous. Despite the excellent food and drink, however, it is the friendly, outstanding service that stands above all else. Many thanks.

Unbelievable food. Great service. Tasty cocktails.Top 5 restaurant in Manchester. The octopus was the best we’ve ever had.The duck in donut is a must try for something different.

“Rambla” has been displaced by an entirely new concept fine dining restaurant but the same owner/chef Victor and called Sola.Rambla was a high turnover tapas bar. Sola is tiny and the personal passion of the chef. When I dined there on 9th January his dishes were sophisticated and sensational. See photos. Wonderfully accomplished and delicious.It opened 2 months ago (across Xmas/New Year) so we must wait a while, hoping the quality I enjoyed is sustained.I rated my dishes as exceptional.

Excellent brunch spot on the sunny side of Albert Dock near the wheel mid morning. Tapas menu from lunchtime on the dock side with nice views.Catalan Migas is delicious as is their full lunya breakfast.Great service great atmosphere.

Spotted this while walking through Liverpool, and did not have many expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality.Lovely presentation and friendly service. The Catalan-style scouse was a surprise hit, but the wontons, croquettes, and manchego were also great.
