I took my caravan carpets into cut above in Lancaster and Dave used them as a template. He matched my carpets really well and the binding was such a good job. The service was fantastic and he went out of his way to get them done for me in time for the back holiday. This company goes above and beyond and the customer service is brilliant. So happy with my new carpets and matching door mat. Thank you so much for everything!!

Wouldn't waste your time. Spent over £2000 on carpets and vinyl and the finish is so poor. Carpets are loose and ill-fitting, have had to get someone else out to fit them properly.The vinyl will have to be completely replaced when we can afford it. Poorly cut, glue everywhere, doesn't fit.Also, they don't clean up after themselves at all, had to make 3 trips to the skip to get rid of all the waste they left behind.

I can't rate Tailored Floors any higher! Such great service, quality carpet for landing, stairs and 4 bedrooms at a great price! And the fitters are perfectionist! So happy with the job, I will never go carpet right again! Thanks guys

James Essex has given me great advice as have powered indoor Wheelchair, so my Carpeting does not ruffle up. Also he postponed fitting for me due to Template Biopsy for possible Prostate Cancer.I am delighted with the quality of fitting & product & highly recommend this Company.

We think Carpets 4 Less in Colchester must 'grow their own' supermen!A month ago we had a great experience buying carpet from them - nothing could beat that team we thoughtBut then we went to buy some vinyl and met Brian in the shop.Brian was great and sorted us out with a great product from a good selection. He even moved all the catalogues around to a single place so we could view them more easily.Thank you Brian!We got a call from the shop the day before fitting to confirm the date and time - Thank you for that.Maybe we were lucky again? Ordered paint of wallpaper empire through Amazon was told it would be delivered by Hermes on the 4th had to get Amazon to contact these as thay ignored my contact and had no delivery I waited in all day only to get told it was damaged in transit by the seller but when I contacted Hermes thay had never had it given to them so who's telling lies to me the order was for a 90yr old who's going to be disappointed just tell the truth and say you haven't got any dont take £50 keep it for over a week then lie
