I can’t say enough about this platform! Being able to get such high quality mentoring from actual industry professionals at such a cheap price is unheard of. There’s only so much text books and training courses can tell you when trying to get into the PE industry. After speaking to a mentor, I feel like I know what I need to do next to progress my career without having to send out LinkedIn messages to industry professionals, hoping for a response!

As a young woman who has battled with deep self-esteem and confidence issues for most of my life, I had tried everything I could think of to try and help myself - person-centred counselling, CBT, self-help books and videos, even anti-depressants, but all to no avail. I walked out of her office feeling brand new. The techniques Diane uses are truly amazing and I will carry them with me forever and practice them whenever I need a bit of support. It's also great to work with someone who is so passionate about her work and has a genuine desire to help people. Fantastic therapy sessions which have been so heloful to my daughter and even more so due to the added issues surrounding covid.Sharmeen is always willing to provide support and advice beyond the therapy sessions too. She has a very creative approach which makes the sessions enjoyable and engaging. . I can't reccomend her highly enough. During these dark times she provides a shining light of hope and positivity that can only be beneficial for struggling teenagers.

Karen has been an excellent Life and Work Coach over the last 12 months. From the offset Karen was very friendly and approachable. She has advised me in areas that needed improvement and work, to get my art business back on track. She has also provided me with face to face coaching, online marketing tools and business strategies to make my business work more productively and to make my art work much more visible in the creative industries and beyond. I would definitely recommend her services !

I honestly can't give enough stars to Jordan, Martyn and the rest of the team at NXT. I met with Jordan initially and he went through the whole process in detail, explaining how they build my profile and asking exactly what I was looking for. I left feeling complete confidence that they would find me a suitable role. One week later and I have a job that couldn't be more perfect than if I personally created it. They stayed in touch the full week, contacting me to wish me luck before my interview as well afterwards to ask how it had gone. It's a shame that I hope I never need their services again ☺️, but should I find myself looking for another job I know I'll head straight for NXT! 1000/10 Recommend!
