Without doubt the best new car purchase experience we have ever had.Charlie Crossfield was very professional combined with a down to earth and friendly, relaxed manner.Other members of the team were equally efficient and helpful.Highly recommended.

The most frustrating service experience I’ve ever had from a garage.We did not buy the vehicle from here so cannot comment on the sales department.After a warning light came on on our ID3, took it in. They said they couldn’t find any issue and had cleared the fault - all fine (they failed to wash the car having offered to).A few weeks later both screens went black, so the car had to go back as a breakdown. It took weeks for them to look at the car - when they did it apparently has a battery fault which they can’t fix. They were totally useless in managing/informing us on the process of transferring the car to Exeter where they can fix batteries. The worst part is that they repeatedly promise to call you back but never do.My overall impression is both that this garage is very poorly managed, and that VW has serious quality control/supply chain issues.It’s been nearly 2 months now and we are still driving an ICE Corsa courtesy car which has been in some sort of collision as it has scratches all down the door, is nothing like an ID3.Overall experience from VW has been absolutely shocking and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.

I wish I could give Robert and Rab more than a 5/5 review. Our VW Transporter campervan lost power whilst travelling across from Cumbria to the East Lothian beaches for my best friend's wedding.We were close to West Linton and certainly wouldn't have reached where we needed to be. After calling several nearby garages at 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon nobody could help and I was starting to feel stressed that we wouldn't make it to the wedding the following day.Called Robert and he first of all offered to meet us at our location. I told him I had some power but had lost turbo and should be able to get to his workshop a few miles away. Robert told us that he was out on the road but that he could be with us at his unit for 5pm. He called and kept us in the loop as well as offered for us to camp overnight at his unit if he couldn't get the problem resolved and had to wait for a part.Good to his word, his colleague Rab showed up just after 5pm and immediately diagnosed the problem but also advised that he'd be able to fix it there and then if we didn't mind waiting. We sat in the beautiful Scottish countryside at his unit whilst we waited and an hour later our van was ready to go.It was now 6.15pm on a Friday night and was also out of hours. Robert and Rab wouldn't give us a bill and wouldn't take any money for the repair or for their time. They wouldn't even take £20 to buy themselves a few pints over the weekend.These guys absolutely saved us and enabled us to get over to our friends' wedding and made our weekend.Two honest and really kind men who simply wanted to help us out. If you are local or a damsel in distress stuck in the middle of nowhere please contact these guys. They are aptly named the 'Cavalry' for a reason!Thank you so much once again to Robert and Rab for everything that you did for us! Your kindness was very much appreciated and won't ever be forgotten.

Dirty horrible place! Good money if you can handle bullying by management. Freezing in winter so hot in summer workers pass out and nothing gets done! Would love to hear HSE opinion.
