We started using A Plan for holiday home insurance 6 years ago. Their renovation specialists have insured our retirement home whilst work was underway. They have also covered properties with unoccupied policies as we waited for sales to complete.We have price checked them from time to time and found them very competitive for the level of cover and excesses. Fortunately we haven't had to claim so I can't comment on that but in every other aspect they have proved to be helpful, professional and always clearly explain the options available to us.The range of cover these people can offer is perhaps wider than you might think. Would recommend.

Expensive!!!

Takes 30min to get to talk to someone, but when you do they deal with it and sought it out very quickly, I asked them to let Toyota do the repairs and they did, thank you I'm very happy with the service.

Cannot fault the speed and service. Car was with me within 48 hours and is practically brand new.Gracie was amazing on the phone and the delivery driver, Lee, was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. Talked me through the features of the car, didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all my questions.They made everything so easy in what is a really stressful situation. Highly recommend!!

Good service, made one call and sent photos of the damage to my car, waited a couple of weeks. then got the go ahead to get it repaired. No hassle at all.
