I rang the helpline before I bought this item to ask some questions about the product. Got through straight away and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who was able to answer all my questions. Have now purchased the Sophia 2 camera and it is excellent. It was very simple to set up and the set-up video and manual were easy to understand. This is an excellent product with excellent technical support before and after. Definitely good value for money.

Always the best customer service from these guys! Their film scanning and developing is super reasonably priced and they do a really great job. A nice little selection of film that you can buy in shop too. So glad that we have a great little independent camera and printing services store like these guys in Penzance!

POOR - terrible customer service. Waited 10mins to actually buy something. Nobody on the tills. When somebody did arrive I was clearly an inconvenience! No hello, please, thank etc. Horrid experience.

I hadn't had a new laptop for many years and so I needed help in choosing a new one to bring me into 2023. A young woman helped me after I told her what I needed it for. I eventually chose a hp 15 laptop for 349.00 I added a years subscription to Microsoft office 365 and so far I'm very pleased with it. This was the merryhill branch. The two women who helped me and tech support were fantastic."

This is my local store so I visit every now and then but my most recent trip was because of a dead washing machine. I ordered a replacement online and was notified very quickly that my item was ready. The staff on the click and collect desk were super helpful and paperwork was sorted in a jiffy. Then another two members of staff carefully loaded the machine into my car. A good store with friendly staff.

They helped me getting the software working and then speedily replace a faulty camera. Do not be tempted to shop around and try and find cheaper. Technical advice is fast and clear and after sales service if something goes wrong is first class. They have also done the hard work of sorting out the kit that does the job. Five star from me.

Just sold me a fridge with a foreign plug on it. They won't change it. I bought this and brought it home today as needed my insulin put in a fridge. I couldn't wait for a delivery date. They said they will send an engineer this week (for a fee) But I need a British fridge, not an engineer. They won't change the fridge either. I'm so upset. I can't believe this is even legal. I thought Currys were better than this. Staff are so rude. I cant believe management aren't addressing these issues.This was the hedge end store.
