Excellent service! Our OLED tv from John Lewis developed discolouration on the panel and Sims came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. They supplied us with a loan tv while they took ours for repair. Due to the parts not being available, John Lewis refunded us for the tv and we ordered a new one. Sims TV let us keep hold of the loan tv until our new tv was delivered and up and running. Glen the engineer who came to the house was very friendly and offered helpful advice. Overall a great experience with Sims TV, would highly recommend!

this firm completed a tv aerial installation for me and a repair to my sky satellite dish. they were friendly and they gave me a price upfront. if you need installers in the west midlands i can recommend them

I called Torbay Digital Aerials in the morning and he visited the same day. He confirmed the signal on my aerial was working fine, but it was a software issue on my new fire tv which he was able to rectify. He said the only reason for replacing the aerial and the cable, which was extremely old, over 20 years, was for aesthetic reasons. I admired his honesty which is rare these days and had been meaning to replace the aerial and cabling in my lounge as it looked untidy, so I asked him for a price and when he could do it, he gave me a price, I agreed and he stayed and replaced it all at that time. It’s rare to find somebody so prompt, reliable, friendly and honest. I would definitely recommend and use again. I think he may have got business from my neighbour as I was telling them how good he is..

Great professional service and at a reasonable price. Installed digital aerial with a booster in my loft due to being in a new build. Changed the aerial socket in the lounge also. Now can watch TV with a good signal. Friendly engineer who carried out the job. Would definitely recommend and use again if I had the need to in the future.
