Bus and coach company

What an amazing day trip I've had (31/7/23-Beamish), absolutely 5stars it's been such a great day...everything was beyond what I imagined, the coach was lovely and clean when I got on , the pit stops was amazing and the time u got for the pit stop was spot on. The day trip itself was fantastic got to beamish at a great reasonable time and managed to get see and look at everything.Great customer service from the coopers team whilst on the coach travelling, loved the announcements and as a passenger was informed about everything from when the pit stops where and how long we are getting, how long left we got till we reached beamish.There's such a positve vibe about Grimsby coopers that just makes the journeys and day trips amazing they always give there customers/passengers the best service they possibly can and always make sure its a fun experience for everyoneThis being my second trip with coopers in the past couple of months as a new customer I'm definitely looking at getting some time off work and booking plenty more day trips, absolutely phenomenal coopers Grimsby!

Thanks to the guys at Gatwick South today who got us on to an earlier bus to Heathrow. They were the silver lining in a day of travel chaos.

Unreliable, absolute mess, never punctual.

I unfortunately had to take a BCC coach that had been set up as a train replacement, and I regret to say it was one of the worst trips I've ever taken. The driver was rude, unprofessional and failed to accomplish the basic action of closing the luggage hold, which resulted in multiple suitcases falling out of the coach on the A505.If it ever happens again, you can't expect any compensation for your destroyed possessions due to the act of negligence, as the customer service team does not seem inclined to provide the Conditions of Carriage of the company.All in all I am highly disappointed and hope no one else will have to go through what I did.

Excellent service all round! Booked this company when let down by SMC travel a week before was due to go to Edinburgh! Robert was excellent, friendly and very reasonably priced! Nothing was too much to ask and both him and Andy kept in contact all weekend picking us up from wherever we wanted at the end of our nights out! Cannot recommend enough! Would definitely use them again!Bec

Had a really good trip, hotel, staff, food and service was superb.Enjoyed every aspect.Good comms, picked up on time and taken to pick up.

70th anniversary of the bus garage today. A trip through the bus wash was fun! Only £1 for a cuppa. Thank you Go Ahead for organising today.
