Pros:Lovely staffGreat settingGood snacks although would love a cup of teaCons: understaffing. The staff are brilliant but they are swamped especially during peak times. For me, taking the time to give blood only to wait an hour after my appointment time to donate just isn't good enough - almost walked out.

Very comfortable site with professional staff. Arrive early for your appointment so you have time to drink the regulation pint of water before donating your pint of blood. Nice touch is the texts saying thank you and saying which centre got the donation. One of the most peaceful 30 minutes in my busy schedule.
