Orchard Blacksmith are an excellent Company. Mikey Orchard is a lovely person with a skilled and professional team. Mikey listens attentively and then finds a solution to the problem. We had a narrow turning at the top of the first flight of stairs which was made more difficult by the position of a small but necessary banister. We wanted to be able to easily remove the banister when moving furniture up or down the stairs but at the same time the banister had to be secure when back in its position. We now have a banister which fulfills both functions. The second banister on the top floor was replaced and the new bracket attachment is both attractive and functional. A lovely detail. Extra stair rods were added to both flights of stairs and they are all beautifully aligned.

Joanna is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate teacher. Having done a day experience tuition, I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She took me through the basics, shared little nuggets of wisdom... Always made sure that I had the opportunity to practice what she so skillfully demonstrated, and was always passionate about her craft. It made the day fly by!

I contacted A T Blacksmiths to qoute for some garden metal railings in order I could enclose my garden of my new build property. Tony followed up on my website submission straight away and came out to give me a qoute a few days later. My fence was fabricated promptly and installed very well, it looks amazing and the work was first class. Fair price for the qoute too, cannot fault the service at all my garden fence looks so good, well chuffed with it! Highly recommend!

Awesome. Jude is brilliant at teaching and forging. Highly recommend his 3 day damascus steel knife course. He manages to create a really friendly atmosphere in an intense workshop environment. The courses are very hands on with expert guidance to ensure the end product is high quality.

We needed a blacksmith to repair/restore 18th century gates, locks and a wishing well. Tom hand replicated the above using original methods with first class results, including fabricating a lock lever springs and key, also full restoration of the wishing well. Toms passion, creativity and originality grew in us instantly, commissioning several personal pieces. Tom has involved our requests, added his much needed touches and every time produced a truly magnificent piece of art. If your looking for a blacksmith then look no further…you’ve found him.

Company where amazing and quick when they installed less than 24 hours later the welding came apart and I had to get someone out to fix it. As I could get hold of the company who installed, I then had issues a few months later with the gates getting stuck and he said he would be in touch and from then on they have ignored my calls and texts I constantly have to get out and gently pull the gate for it to close sometimes having to call it again and again taking up to 5 mins before I can leave the house dogs have got out numerous times and we are now needing to move house and don’t know how to change the number over to the new owners. We also have another entry he put up for the pedestrian gate and again stopped working after a month and after reading the booklet it should have had a rain shield on it if outside wich it didn’t. Berry dissatisfied since they were good at the start but once paid after care didn’t exist
