Great value for money, cheaper than the chain pet shops and can usually source preferred pet foods at a good price! Often have little plants and local honey for sale too

Needed some advice when buying binoculars, had really great service from Paul. Tried several pairs from the selection he suggested after a chat, he was so knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. Thanks for the help.

Love this place. A great selection of everything you need for your bird. Reasonably priced. Nice to see the parrots flying around shop.

Didn't visit in person, ordered some garden rocks online, very quick delivery and the rocks were beautiful, ordered a variety which look lovely in my garden. Excellent service, thank you

I used this pet shop regularly for supplies. I have purchased a few birds from here.I’ve been given some helpful advice when I’ve asked for help.

I HAD A QUERY WITH REGARD TO MY BUDGIE, THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ADVICE AND I WAS ABLE TO HAVE A HOME DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS I REQUIRED, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND CREATURE COMFORTS.

Edit wish could up load pictures of my baby's the staff are very helpful the manager expecially he goses out way every time to help when I went for my firsted snake he helped with the bested for us and my kids my 2yr old ball at the time would not eat he helped me feed her and got her eating for me 6months later I went to get some bits for her and I seen my over baby a bennera ball witch I have always wanted if you have a sentence kid of pet you want and if he can get for you he wil saport you little and local shops I'm ready to get snake number 3 and I wil be goin here to get themeditGrate shop and staff brought both my snakes and everything need for them here

My conure, Jeremy went on his holidays to Feathers & Tails bird hotel and I can't recommend it enough. The care and attention he received from these specialist was second to non. Constant updates via WhatsApp.I will be using them again! 10/10!!!

Beautiful birds helpful gentleman who served us.Really pleased with the Conure Pineapple We bought.He is very playful and funny.Not so happy with the aftersales when the cage we bought came off the stand as the hook had come undone but they refused to take it back as faulty and give us a refund.
