To say that I feel that I have been robbed is an understatement, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very rude and unprofessional. Was initially quoted £90 but had to pay £40 deposit which I accepted. During the waxing I must admit I was treated well considering the nature of the waxing, but was told it may be a good idea to have bit of hair on my abdomen waxed, and a bit of extra hair in my intimate area waxed, which I was advised would cost a little bit more. Judging by the prices on her price list I was OK with this (although thought the Hollywood should deal with front and back). When it came to paying I was told we would have to pay an extra £120 on top of the £40 deposit I paid. I didn't say anything at the time as didn't want to create a scene in front of my dad and husband and was in a state of shock. My husband has since questioned the costs as down south for what I had done the prices are a lot cheaper (regardless of a person's size _ I am an 18),. My husband was told that we had agreed to extra works prior, and also she said that because I was a bigger lady it was more difficult to get in to areas and was a big job. I did agree prior to the extra work (which was not a lot) not realising the charge would be an extra £120 more for literally a couple of extra wax strips, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very crafty/snakey.I followed all the instructions that she gave to make her job easier, so my size should not have come in to it. To add insult to injury I still have quite a few hairs that were missed. The price guide on her website is also out of date so I will be seeking advise as I'm sure she has not complied with trading standards regulations.I'm so upset, I feel like I have not got my monies worth, and I have been robbed and insulted. I will make sure that all I know in Stoke On Trent know about this place.

I enjoy going to London Cryo for treatments recommended by my doctor as well as a few for my own pleasure. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the treatments are very good, and all the equipment top notch. I have recommended it to friends already and will continue to go on a weekly basis for the foreseeable future. Try it, you'll love it!

Always have amazing service at Ella! After consulting with Bradley earlier in the year about my insecurities with my grey hairs, he recommended doing a balayage to help balance the tones. Have now had 2 sessions and am loving my new look! The team are super friendly and welcoming, and Bradley has always been super knowledgeable when advising about my hair. Even after having reactions to patch tests of the toners before my first appointment (curse my sensitive skin!), he was able to reassure me we'd still be able to achieve my desired results without the toner - and he was right! I always leave feeling like a new woman and no longer feel anxious about going to the hairdressers - I can trust in the Ella team completely! Looking forward to me next appointment ❤️

Ordered items in August, same story as other reviews- they did not have items in stock and neglected to tell me this- but were very speedy to take my money. I cancelled the order nearly two weeks ago having not received the items after waiting for 3 weeks and have yet to receive a refund. I am no longer receiving responses to my emails. Waste of time and money. I paid slightly more from competitor and items arrived within a few days so there is no reason for such a delay with purchases. I would never use again.

Emma is very professional and takes interest in you as a client. She has a lot of time for people and her work is amazing. I’ve been numerous times as has my family. We are all impressed.I’ve known Emma for a number of years and she’s accommodated my needs each time. I recommend EH Beauty Studio.

Always such a pleasure to visit Hannah at the Beautea Lounge, I regularly get my nails done and always walk away feeling pampered and satisfied with the talent in which Hannah has! I have always felt so welcomed and looked after, Hannah is lovely and easy to chat to and her Salon is a pleasure to visit. I’ve also experienced a pedicure, waxing and facial and can say the exact same with my experience being exactly what I needed! It’s great to support small businesses and what’s even better is the value for money in which services are charged at very fair prices! Very easy to book online and great availability!

Probably the best gym in Norfolk. New space is amazing, staff are always on hand and never intrusive. Owners clearly care and have spent thousands on the new premises. A perfect gym

My partner purchased me a massage at Envy for a christmas gift. I had not been to Envy before and I can often feel a little nervous about going to new salons for treatments, however, the service I received from start to finish was first class. For a salon in town, there is lots of parking locally. When I arrived at the salon I was made to feel very welcome. The massage was very relaxing and took place in a lovely, relaxing setting. I will be sure to return soon and highly recommend Envy! Thank you
