Very friendly and helpful team, nothing is too much trouble, they have a really good selection of birthday cards as well!

Used as stop from the coach station to try get cheaper drink. Prices of drinks, chocolate, crisps etc are acceptable for a corner shop. Staff rather friendly. However £2 card charge which was unideal considering I only wanted a bottle of water.

I have just returned from nisa local digbeth. And i want to say a massive thankyou. And extend my gratitude to the staff there. Having not left the flat in 4 days. Given the current situation. I was very anxious all day to visit. Due to running out of essentials. I dont want to be around large crowds right now at the morrison supermarket. So i went to nisa local digbeth. About 1 mile away from me. From my time entering the store to leaving i felt nothing but welcome andwarmth. The lady on the till was understanding when i explained she was the first person i had seen in 4 days. And she was very helpful in packing my shopping s and serving me. The gentleman's were very grateful in my custom. And they understood when i said i dont want to be around large crowds right now. I managed to get everything i needed to last me a couple of weeks.. if anyone is wary of supermarket please visit here at the nisa local. Very understanding and helpful staff. Thankyou for relieving my anxiety in this troubling . Time

A pointless trip in to the city centre to the only remaining branch in Belfast. It took 40 minutes to get there, park car etc. I was told when i finally arrived that they no longer provide euro bank drafts. This bank does not care about their customers, offers them no choice, nor is it interested in providing a service that you the customer might want or even need. Make no mistake, you are there to serve the bank

Needed to do a bank transfer to pay for a car so went to the desk as the payment was over the limit for online banking of 1k pounds.They only transfer to bank of Ireland.The other option I was given was to pay over several days online, 1000 pounds a day. Highly impractical.Also got locked in as they closed for lunch while I was inside. I autistic and that was very stressful.

A complete shambles! Trying to make a payment on four different occasions only to be put through the press 1 press 2 etc and sent back to original point each time!

Was stuck in digbeth my brother Rick gave me sandwich and called me taxi propa people thank u xxx

Great service, and friendly, had difficulty with my passport which had been carried out by them and they were really helpful and thankfully it was sorted in the end, thanks for your help.

Fallen behind the times. Impossible to service the account online, decided to go in branch (the opening hours of which conveniently coincide with working hours of most adults therefore have to use annual leave to get here). Told to phone somewhere else as they can't help in branch.A prehistoric organisation no longer fit for purpose.

Waited 45 mins on any kind of service. One of the bank employees said i am with another customer " so obviously wasnt. Just rude."
