Dreadful company. Do not have any dealings with them or their shoddy goods. Had to get my credit card company involved because of their sharp practice.

Worst service I've had in a long time. No information, no shipping notification - they don't respond to email, impossible to phone and even the contact link on their website is broken.At one point I got a phone message saying customer service was close on a Friday - this was a Friday halfway between Black Friday and Christmas, so I guess a good time to take the day off.I only got a response after raising a PayPal dispute, and even then the response was We are very busy and we don't know when it will even be despatched... anything else we can help you with?"I mean their actual products are great. Good value
