Absolutely amazing clinic! I have gone for a deep tissue massage and also an Ayurvedic massage with shirodhara at the end. Both treatments were extremely relaxing and healing. Raghav is a wonderful practitioner and is communicative the whole time. Would definitely recommend, plus they’re on Classpass!

The first time I joined Nina’s yoga class was back in 2016. I’d done a yoga class before but it was too advanced and too fast. So when I found out Nina was a qualified yoga teacher, I took the chance to join her class, and loved it.Nina has a soft and easy approach, is warm and encouraging without feeling like you have to push beyond your limits. My fellow students are warm and friendly and we always have a laugh during the class.If you’ve never tried yoga I highly recommend attending one of Nina’s sessions. We have a WhatsApp group and support each other, especially during the COVID lockdown, where Nina very quickly switched to virtual online sessions.Yoga itself is so rewarding. It gives you great balance and strength, and for me definitely tighten areas of my body that other workouts would have missed. 5 stars from me!

I was able to fit in a holistic facial whilst on vacation in Bath and it was a great decision. I really regret that I don't live locally or I would make this a regular thing. Joanna is fantastic at her job. I also really appreciate her taking the time to send me information after my session with recommended exercises and stretches that would help with my neck and upper back pain. Highly recommended!

I had visit today for my husbands body massage and steam therapy, I would say it was just fabulous experience on his body , the very professional DrRenju I appreciate his great job and also DrDeepa who is my close friend as well a person with very good knowledge,I appreciate her patience for guiding me with a comfortable atmosphere overthere waiting outside with my kid. Very clean , professional, and good outcome very highly recommended for those who really wants to have a perfect Ayurveda treatment. The money is worth it and they charge very reasonable. Once again Thnks a lot for making it so great and special..

The best Ayurvedic clinic for neuromuscular aches and pains.Sankar’s knowledge about marma points (pressure points) and energy lines are immense.The ayurvedic massage and herbs does magic on your body. Will highly recommend him.

Earlier in 2023 I was suffering from various symptoms including feeling unfocused, anxiety about my future health, weight issues, joint pain and fluid retention. My overall aim was to improve my health and wellbeing in order to enter into later life in good health. I chose Dr (Ayu) Garima Pandey, Shri Asha. I was aware that Ayurveda incorporates mind, body and spirit therefore I felt that taking a different approach to my health may be the answer. I was not disappointed.I felt comfortable with Garima at my in-depth consultations as I was able to speak freely about myself. The agreed plan detailed what I’d need to do, how often, for how long and the cost. In a phased approach I was prescribed tailor-made therapies and dietary recommendations which addressed my symptoms.Garima explained the details each step of the way by providing tools and her expertise. I now feel healthier and energised. I am no longer anxious and my joint pain had disappeared as has my fluid retention. In addition I’ve achieved a good weight loss. Overall my experience with Garima has been outstanding and I am looking forward to good health in later life.I highly recommend the individualised care provided by Dr (Ayu) Garima Pandey, Shri Asha.

Have been using this place for so many year. I had been to this place first time with a severe back pain and can say Mr Shaji has the “kaypunyam” art of healing and since then the back pain has never returned. Well maintained and professionally run. Keep up the good work.

Chris is highly professional and has an amazing knowledge of the body. I have an ankle injury since I was a kid and was at multiple different physiotherapist. She was the first person, who worked that good on my injury and helped me get rid of a lot of tension that I have due to it. She's amazing at finding spots and the connections in your body. Really lovely place and environment. The shirodhara treatment was very relaxing, comfortable and felt good. Very friendly and welcoming place would definitely recommend and intend to visit again.

I visited 'Basement 55 Therapies' recently for the first tme and can only say how impressed i was with the proffesional attitude of my therapist who welcomed me and adhered to the. health and safety aspects before. taking me to the therapy room which was a haven of tranquility with soft lighting and relaxing background music. I was immediately calmed and after having completed my medical details i was given my treatment of meditation and relaxation.I was made to feel totally calmed as all cares floated away. This experience is highly recommended and i certainly will be back .
