Great place to work

Jamie Holden was the architect on our loft conversion, including a dormer. He is amazingly creative, a good problem solver and an excellent listener. We are incredibly happy with the outcome and that is due to all his creativity, knowledge and excellent planning. Not only that, but the process went so much smoother with him on board. I highly recommend him!

Simon was recommended to us; I am now pleased to be able to pass on this recommendation.Simon took our requirements and drew up planning and building regulations drawings for a 2-storey side extension, with an additional conservatory and porch.The design met our full expectations, and was sympathetic to our property. As we expected with building onto our 1872 property, there were design challenges due to high-ceilings downstairs and low in-eaves ceilings upstairs. With Simon’s knowledge and experience these challenges were overcome. Simon helped us through the planning process by providing all the technical answers to the planning department’s questions. We are very pleased with the extension, and have received numerous complementary comments from our friends and neighbours. A job well done.

After two previously failed attempts at trying to obtain planning permission for a new build on a very challenging and constrained site, Andrew Walters succeeded where others had failed. What I really appreciated was the fact that nothing was too much trouble for Sri who even took my calls whilst he was on holiday. Absolutely fabulous and can’t recommend them highly enough
