I have rented a flat from Ayrshire Lettings for more than a year and a half and have always found Kathleen and her staff to be unfailingly helpful and courteous. If I ever have any questions or requests, I always feel welcome in their office and my requests receive prompt attention.I have to say that I find the one-star reviews rather puzzling as they bear no resemblance to my experience of Ayrshire Lettings of West Kilbride - nor obviously do they to the other 5-star reviewers. So, thank you Kathleen and your team. You all deserve the 5 stars.

SCAMMERS BEWARE charging extortionate money for end of tenancy £150 “Cleaning Fee”.Only for me to receive the property in a filthy condition when I started my tenancy. This leads me to believe they just keep the £150 charge as pure profit and do not clean the properties and the landlords are unaware.Please see pictures below as evidence:DO NOT RENT WITH YPP. If you so much as leave a hair strand on the floor they’ll take picture of it and charge £35 fee. In my case it was a popped balloon.

I’m really pleased that I instructed Squires to sell my flat. I found them an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout and they sold my property swiftly with no hassle! Melanie was great to deal with and was super responsive, keeping me up to date with each stage through to completion. I’d have no hesitation to recommend them.

1) Security is not one of their main concerns, there has been many issues that have occurred on site and their attitude towards this has not contained any urgency.2) They promise you modern technology WiFi, since moving in we have discovered it turns off whenever the smallest bit of rain happens, as a uni student you can see how frustrating this would be when assignment submissions are regular.3) They ignore emails and claim they’ve never been sent.4) It’s extremely apparent no maintenance check has been carried out before new tenants move into the flat. I don’t think it is coincidental that every essential appliance has failed (including dishwasher, dryer, cooker and electrics) within 6 months of living there.5) And finally, the maintenance staff are rude and verbally abusive. When bringing up with the letting agents, the attitude in return was wrong.

If I could give more stars I would - such a pleasure to work with. They sold our house for us & were nothing but helpful and professional at all times. They went above and beyond for us!
